ICED COFFEE CHOCOLATE COOLER
Ingredients:
2 cups cold strong coffee
1/2 cup chocolate ice cream
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 cup ice cubes
2 Tbsp. Tia Maria (optional)
Method: Combine all the ingredients in a blender, and using the ice crush setting, whirl until the mixture is thick and frosty. Pour cooler immediately into 4 decorative glasses and serve.
MALTED COFFEE
Ingredients:
1 /2 cup strong leftover brewed coffee
1/2 cup ice cold milk
3 tablespoons malted milk powder 4 to 5 big scoops coffee ice cream 1 to 2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
Method:
1. Transfer the coffee to a small bowl and put it in the freezer just until it starts to turn icy at the edge, about 15 minutes. Stir, but leave it in the freezer for several more minutes, until you’re ready to use it.
2. Put the milk, malted milk powder, and coffee ice cream in your blender. Add the chilled coffee. If you like your malted on the sweet side, add a tablespoon or two of the sugar. Blend on medium speed to the desired consistency, then pour into the chilled glasses and serve.
MOCHA NOG
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon Milk Chocolate Morsels
3/4 cup hot brewed coffee
2 tablespoons Eggnog Flavor Liquid Coffee Creamer
Chocolate or regular whipped cream
Grated chocolate
Method: Place morsels in mug; add coffee. Let sit for 1 minute; use fork or small whisk to blend chocolate and coffee. Stir in Coffee-mate. Top with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
ICED CHAI COFFEE
Ingredients:
1/2 cup hot water
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
4 teaspoons Coffee Granules
2 quarter-size slices of peeled fresh ginger
8 whole black peppercorns
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/2 cups whole milk
Ice cubes
Method Combine water, sugar, coffee granules, ginger, peppercorns, cardamom and cinnamon in small measuring cup. Let sit for 3 minutes. Strain liquid into small pitcher; discard spices. Stir in milk. Fill 2 tall glasses with ice; divide chai between glasses.
THE VERY BEST CAPPUCCINO
Ingredients:
1/2 cup 2% milk, heated
1/3 cup hot water
3 to 4 teaspoons Coffee Granules
Granulated sugar to sweeten
Method Combine milk, water and coffee granules in coffee mug; stir until coffee is dissolved. Add sugar, if desired.
