The unit perforates the sealed capsule while soaking up the ground coffee for optimal filter. The high-pressure 19 bar pump of the unit extracts the aromas resulting in a smooth creamy layer on top. In addition, the ThermoBlock heating system of the machine ensures fresh water each time by by heating water to 187-196 degrees & emptying the remaining water. The key feature of the D90 Espresso Machine is that it has a manual control to keep a tab on the amount of coffee in the cup.
